38% of women have reported sexual assault at work and 70% of employees never tell their employers of sexaul assault and harassment they experience. A safe space at work is integral to success as an organization. Below we have outlined actionable ways to create a safe workplace, along with statistics to keep in mind when weighing how to prioritize creating a safe space for employees. We thank our contributors, Alexandra (Alix) Prassas, Culture and Change Leader and No More, an international organization dedicated to ending domestic violence and sexual assault by increasing awareness, inspiring action and fueling culture change.
